1. Be responsible for leading improvement projects and effectively coordinating these projects with the appropriate project/process owners to accomplish the project goals. Project leadership includes identifying opportunities, defining and launching project teams, using good project management to manage team activities, leading teams to execute projects with lean manufacturing tools, tracking project status and results, removing and elevating project barriers, and developing team members.
2. Apply lean manufacturing tools to ensure continuous improvement in all functions and business processes. This position has significant impact on the success of the business. The improvements will improve the plant’s ability to meet customer expectations, improve quality, reduce cycle times and cost. |
职 位 要 求 |
Education: Bachelor degree preferably in Engineering or Business
Experience: 3 years of professional level experience in leading improvement teams. Prior supervisory experience is a plus.
Should have solid project management skills and leadership skills.
Language: Good ability in written and oral English
Computer Skills: Strong PC operation and software skills (including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Other Key Competencies:
1 Understand statistical analysis tools/methodology, continuous improvement, project management, quality and basic financial principles and apply them to analyze the planned activities.
2 Should have knowledge of other functions that provide inputs regularly, 3 Must have the ability to learn and perform statistical analysis.
4 The candidate for this position must be pro-active, analytical, process driven, with a strong focus on understanding and exceeding the expectations of the customer. |
