In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
1. Drive for development and implementation China localization initiatives, aligned to Global/AP
objectives.
1.1 Drive the localization to achieve lead time reduction and cost improvement.
1.2 Optimize soft parts qualification process to accelerate the localization speed.
1.3 Global single source supply chain risk mitigation.
1.4 Provide technical expertise in the development or improvement of Products / processes /
1.5 Data Analysismaterials specifications.
2. Strategic Supplier management to meet materials availability & Commodity inventory cost
objectives.
2.1 Develop strategies for assigned commodity in conjunction with Regional Manager
2.2 Develop a world-class supplier base in Asia.
2.3 Monitor supplier capacity to ensure materials availability.
2.4 Drive lean projects to improve lead-time, flexibility worldwide manufacturing sites.
2.5 Establish and meet cost containment/ cost reduction targets for assigned commodity.
2.6 Manage responsible supplier base to ensure quality levels are maintained.
2.7 Support Production and Materials Management Teams to ensure optimum inventory levels
are achieved.
2.8 Coordinate with R&D/Product engineers regarding requirements for product transfers and
new product developments.
3 Digital supply chain，development office automation to visibility KPI dashboard and
commodity improvement opportunities

For This Role, You Will Need:
Computer science or related education background
Experience with relevant industry is preferred
commodity/sourcing/supplier development experience
Good English communication
Lean knowledge
Good computer skill, Excel, power Query, power BI, Intelligent data analysis
