Responsibilities:
- Develop research and process engineering for Ceramic Capacitor
- Manager of process engineering department reporting to division in overseas
- Monitoring and optimization of production process parameters
- Process approval for machines
- Conducting approvals for products
- Managing engineering related projects
- Maintaining and improving quality standards
- Conducting root cause analysis for quality and production issues
- Process engineering lab
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in material science, physics, chemistry or similar major
- ＞3 years Ceramic Capacitor R&D experience and management experience
- Good skills in English (oral and written) |
