In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: 1. China nuclear service team management, people hiring and coaching, encourage high standards of technical competence, team KPI setup and monitoring 2. Yearly budgets preparation with managment, P&L managing and costs and expenses control 3. China nuclear service capability and capacity development, including both Emerson and LBP teams 4. Resource requirements forecast and personnel development plan based on the makret need 5. Internal working process/procedures/instruction development and optimizing 6. Coordination with oversea plants for training to local team and provide onsite service support 7. Regular report to China Nuclear Sales Management and Global Nuclear Service BU Director. 8. Work with Sales team and LBP teams for service opportunities pursuit in China, MRO case support. Support Sales team on service quotation by estimating workload 9. For This Role, You Will Need: 1. Bachelor degree or above major in mechanical engineering or equivalent 2. 3+ years team management experience or equivalent roles. 3. 5+ years on-site service, or operation or relevant working experience. 4. Working experience in process control industry. 5. Good communication in both Chinese and English |
