Major Responsibilities
Provide timely and advisory HR services to plant management, including C&B, recruiting, staffing, training; Process Owner of Payroll process Functional knowledge Knowledge of government regulations, e.g. Labor Law Interpersonal Influence Leadership HR project management
Identify, Lead and drive HR projects in all Shanghai operations in collaboration with plant HR Training skill Project Management Timeliness Communication HR policies
Ensure consistency of HR policies across manufacturing plants to meet business objectives & compliance with laws. Knowledge of government regulations, e.g. Labor Law Communication Interpersonal Influence Industrial Relations
Work closely with Labor Union to ensure both Company and employees’ interest are fairly secured Knowledge of government regulations, e.g. Labor Law Interpersonal Influence Communication People Development
Ensure employees in HR meet performance target and each individual has a clear career path Leadership Motivation Interpersonal Influence Headcount Reporting
Ensure correct classification of headcount and accuracy in reporting Accuracy |
职 位 要 求 |
Academic/Professional Education Bachelor degree and above, With major in Human Resources Management or MBA
Relevant Experience 7+ years MNC experience in Labor Law, Union Law ,with at least 3 years managerial experience
HR knowledge & skills at least 2 years C&B and other specialized HR knowledge & skills ,strong leadership and communication.Good English and computer skill |
