| 职 位 要 求 |
Job Requirements: 1. Good command in English and good EQ in communication ability with different entities, chiefs of department heads. 2. Good leadership to motive employees to cooperative to each other to achieve the department targets. 3. Strong sense in operation of an assembly plant, including the KPI in on-time-delivery, cost oriented, quality, and customer satisfaction. 4. Good project management capability in handling multiply relocation projects. Organized in multi-tasks and good at prioritizing and rational comprehension lead departments in complete mission under time pressure and limited manpower. 5. Work for foreign company over 5 years, and familiar with the matrix organization operation. 6. Familiar with engineering issues. He/she is capable to understand production problem, including yield rate, quality, planning, cost of vender and production line. He/she is able to give subordinates a clear direction and work plan to achieve successes step by step. 7. Familiar with ISO9000, ISO14000, and other computer manipulating. 8. Good sense of cost and budget control. 9. Familiar the weighing industrial or load cell manufacturing is a plus. 10. Bachelor degree or above. |
