1 Establish/maintain/update overall training system to support business strategy and improvement of employee competencies. 2 Make sure training plan well implemented to meet target/objective. Establish and maintain training record. Make all the training records (hard copy/electrical copy) as per procedure and a good filing system, which include training material, certification, variety of documents training effectiveness assessment related. 3 Support to organize orientation training for all new employees; in charge of on-job, cross function and other related training programs for current employees. 4 Co-ordinate with training effectiveness measurement by generating test paper, organize test and so on. 5 Be the owner of “ Education Center ” in coordinating with internal users and outside vendors. 6 Support staffing issues and activities, such as recruitment and C & B. 7 Other assistance to HR supervisor or cooperation with other HR colleagues on necessary tasks. |
职 位 要 求 |
1 At lease five years related work experience in training area. Good knowledge in HR general is preferable such as experience in drafting policies, university recruitment. 2 Rich experience in organizing large size training project and other activities with high remark. 3 An excellent player in team leading with flexible management skills. 4 BS degree at least. Major in Human resources is preferable. 5 CET-6 or above. 6 Must be proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. |
