职 位 描 述 POSITION OVERVIEW职位概述
Fully responsible for quality department, including the quality of the
product management, incoming material quality management and quality team
management.
全面负责质量部门工作,包括产品的品质管理,来料品质管理及质量部人员的管理
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES岗位职责描述:
1. Ensures products and service meet customer’s quality requirements,
including set up and achievement of organizational quality target, establishment
and implementation of corrective and preventive action, and quality continuous
improvement.
确保公司的产品和服务符合顾客的质量要求,包括组织质量目标的设立和达成,纠正和预防措施的制定和贯彻以及质量的持续改进;
2. Analyzes and solves quality issues from customer, and provides feedback to
customer.
对客户提出的质量问题进行分析和解决,并向客户反馈;
3. Coordinates for advance product quality planning process, review and
approve PPAP documents submitted, to ensure all project advance development meet
customer’s quality requirements.
对新产品的先期产品质量策划过程进行协调,审核并批准所提交的PPAP文件包,保证公司各项目前期开发符合客户质量要求;
4. Plans and guides the development and assessment of supplier quality
capability.
策划、指导供应商质量控制能力的开发和评审工作;
 
5. Be responsible for supplier’s daily quality management and performance
tracking.
负责供应商的日常质量管理和业绩监控跟踪;
6. Be responsible for preparation and treating for various quality audit
activities. (TS, 3C, Customer Specific Audit, etc.)
负责各种质量审核的准备和接待工作;
7. Ensures that Quality department is adequately and efficiently staffed in
accordance with company’s business strategies.
根据公司的业务战略,确保质量部门充足且高效的人力资源配置 ;
8. Be responsible for department budgeting and ensures that actual cost is
under control.
负责部门预算并确保实际花费可控;
9. Reports and submits company quality operation document to top management
regularly.
定期向公司最高管理层报告并提交公司质量运行状况文件;
10. Ensures to build, implement, and continuously improves quality system and
quality policy which is compatible with company development and customer
requirements.
确保建立、持久地实施和持续改进符合公司发展和客户要求的质量体系和质量方针;
11. Be in charge of referring new quality management methodology and
measurement indicator, organizes various company- wide quality continuous
improvement activities.
负责引进新的质量管理方法和衡量指标, 组织公司范围内的各种质量持续改进活动;
12. Be responsible for monitoring and continuous improvement of production
quality operation status.
负责生产线质量运行状态的监控和持续改进;
13. Guides the testing and measurement activity.
指导公司的测试和计量工作;
14. Improves Quality competitiveness and customer satisfaction by driving
continuous improvement activities and inspiring innovations of ingenious
products, services, solutions and processes.
通过推动持续改进活动和鼓励创新产品、服务、解决方案和流程,提高质量部门的竞争力和客户满意度;
15. Ensure employee who work on significant environment impact has necessary
abilities.
确保从事具有重大环境影响工作的人员具备相应的能力;
 
16. Achieve other tasks assigned by superior.
完成上级领导安排的其他工作
 
QUALIFICATION岗位基本要求
1.    Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Mechanical, Engineering or related
field preferred.
本科或以上学历,机械、工程和相关专业优先。
2.    8 years’ work experience in quality related function, with at least 2
years in management position, automotive industry experience preferred.
8 年以上质量工作经验,其中至少2年担任管理职务,汽车行业优先。
3.    Quality system knowledge (TS16949, control plan, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP,
Customer Specific System Request, etc.)
质量体系知识(TS16949, 控制计划,FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, 客户指定系统需求等)
4.    Good English skills
英语水平良好
