职位描述Prepare product requirement document and introduce to supplier.
Monitor design progress at supplier and ensure following procedure.To review design from supplier and review DFMEA/DFM with team.To define internal validation plan and arrange tests with internal/external resources.Functionality test and performance test of new controller.Supplier design process review and merge into release process.To be responsible of engineering change management process for local design electronics unit.To be responsible for electronics documentation setup, incl. NPI data set up; Bom creation/update; label/cable/component drawing creation/update; instruction; packaging etc.)9。 responsible on other work which are assigned

qualificationExperience (Industry/Professional Experience/ Management
Experience)工作经验（行业或领域/专业技术经验/管理经验等）10 years experience on electronics
engineering. Hw and Sw preferableGeneral Skill (Language/ Computer)
通用技能（语言/计算机等）Know about AC-DC converter and PM motor control
circuit.Know about HW/SW design of motor speed control.Be able to
perform functionality test according to PRD/CRD.Master in English
language and communication with foreignersEMS related qualification
