| 职 位 描 述 |
¨ Performs administrative duties related to performance management, succession planning, resource planning, training, and development of direct reports.
¨ Focuses on the supply management sub processes to ensure an uninterrupted supply of material, conformance to Achieving Excellence and cost-reduction goals to support operations as well as introduction of new products.
¨ Executes inventory project plans to achieve inventory/asset management and material flow goals.
¨ Supports one assembly and one machining operation.

| 职 位 要 求 |
¨ Degree in a Engineering / Business Management or a Supply Management discipline or equivalent experience. (University Degree- 4 years or equivalent)
¨ Supervisory experience, which includes placement, work direction, coaching, and performance management.
¨ Experience in specific areas of Supply Management such as: heavy metal (e.g. casting) procurement, scheduling, forecasting, logistics, etc.
¨ Skill in using company ERP systems and processes. Having knowledge in SAP R/3 will be a plus.
¨ Bi-Lingual: Chinese & English listening, written and spoken skills |
