Job Objective (Job Summary):

To oversee, plan and manage the overall activities and personnel of UPECA Tianjin Plant (short for UET)
To achieve business target and KPI objectives
To drive company long-term improvement in various aspects
Job Responsibilities/Duties:
(Summarize typical duties & responsibilities of the job. Duties should be listed in a logical sequence of importance.)
Responsible to oversee, manage the overall activities and personnel of UET, including Sales, Material, Technical, Production, Quality, HR & Admin., and Finance
Responsible for working out and upgrading KPI objectives for each Dept. under support of HQ
Responsible for achieving business target, including sales and profit target
Responsible for day-to-day Plant management
Responsible for working out UET organization structure and HR policy under support of HQ
Responsible to build up and remain good relationship with customers
Responsible for developing and maintain suppliers and subcontractors
To ensure ISO9001 Quality System and procedure are implemented and maintained continuously in UET
To prepare monthly reports and other reports required
To carry out any other duties as and when directed by your superiors.

| 职 位 要 求 |
Qualifications:
(Minimum experience, education and skills/abilities to perform the job at a fully acceptable level.)
Experience
At least 5 years experience in Plant or Operations management of manufacturing enterprises
Education
Diploma / Bachelor Degree in mechanics or engineering
Skills/Abilities (or any special requirement)
Excellent interpersonal/communication skills. Fluent English in reading/writing/listening/speaking. Good leadership and teamwork
Be familiar with management of planning, logistic, production, QA/QC, and machining process / technology, especially for CNC machines
Be familiar with finance management, able to analyze finance report
Be good at employee management, long-term objectives
