2．Qualification and approval of parts
3．Participate in development and localization projects with and without international participation
4．Participation in benchmark and design to cost projects
5．Carry out regular analyses concerning localization opportunities
6．Participate in multi-national teams (Chinese, German) |
| 职 位 要 求 |
1.Master degree/PhD in electrical engineering/design
2.Experience with design of electrical machines
3.Experience in qualifying and approving of parts, products and processes according to specifications
4.Experience in Benchmarking and design to cost
5.Experience in developing specifications according to market needs
6.Knowledge of finite elements method for the calculation of magnetic design
7.Experience in system- and type test of products and parts
8.Experience in supplier qualification and purchasing support
9.Experience in moderation and creativity
10.Experience in manufacturing of electrical motors
11.Knowhow in simulation tools for electrical machines
12.Fluent in English (Speaking, writing, reading)
13.Knowledge about intl., Chinese and German standards and regulations regarding mechanical parts, drives and electrical motors |
