Main Responsibilities 主要职责1. Responsible for managing the activities of program development phase, and necessary workduring the program lifetime, following up TI AQP procedure.2. Responsible for program financial target (BOM cost, Capex, Start-up/ Development Spending)achievement.3. The key window of TI and customer counterparty.4. Manage the launch activity considering the customer’s and TI Automotive plant’s input(program timing, design, quality etc.) through the development phase.5. Communicate and report the program performance to management level with concerned.6. Ensure the implementation of the AQP procedure to the program team members, and conductAQP meetings with team.7. Achieve quality objectives throughout all phases of the program with Cross Function Teammembers.8. PLM/Sharepoint related tasks implementation. |
| 职 位 要 求 |
Qualification 任职资格1. Technical or Engineering undergraduate education background, a master degree is preferable ;2. Excellent communication skill.3. Familiar with AQP (or APQP) and Program Management.4. 3 years related working experience on program management. 5. Good oral and written skills in English and Japanese is necessary. 6. PC experience with MS Office and MS Project software is necessary, basic skill of reading the CAD 2D/3D data; 7. Willing and able to travel.5. Fluent Japanese. |
