A reputable European company in Auto IndustryMain Responsibilities 主要职责1. Manage and coordinate all purchasing activities for both direct and indirect material of allplants in China2. Setting objectives and monitoring and ensuring the company goals are achieved3. Maintain local processes to be compliance with global procedures4. Establish yearly purchasing budget plan and cost reduction plan5. Ensure that new projects are sourced on time and within budget6. Develop supplier base with quality required ready to support business growths and newtechnology requirement7. Manage, train and develop the team8. Work with Global Commodity team on commodity strategy and support implementation ofGlobal Commodity Strategy.9. Be an integral part of the local management team and work together in order to ensure thesites goals are achieved. Qualification

任职资格1. Bachelor degree in engineering, MBA is a plus2. Experience in leadership function- min 8 years required3. Purchasing experience in automotive industry-min 5 years required4. Knowledge of AQP process and supplier quality management5. International team work experience6. High level of motivation and professionalism 7. Good analytical skills as well as planning capabilities 8. A good team player and can work under pressure 9. Fluent English |
