| 职 位 描 述 |
To be responsible for RFQ preparation and communication with new customers
To participate in negotiation of new products or projects and to be a direct liaison officer to customers during FA phase
To coordinate and organize internal relevant Departments to carry out NPI projects
To work out and carry out Master Plan for each project and track project progress
To implement NPI Projects on time with targeted investment, profit and quality
To program and manage all new product development at NPI stage, including product concept, definition, and development
To work together with Operations team to analyze and establish PA procedure, including technology and quality control
To work with Group Central Engineering to ensure all NPI are supported technically with the pre-set desired results
To accomplish every phase of FA and hand-over to Operations
To coordinate new project / business start-up for new customers or new work scope for existing customers
To establish a regular weekly or biweekly communication with key customer contacts
To organize a regular meeting internally to track and drive the progress of each project
To coordinate conference calls between customer and internal project team and maintain a full set of communication archive log
To establish and maintain a formalized CRM database or a manual CRM process to record and track each customer
To support Operations Departments to improve manufacturing process to shop-floor and suppliers & Subcontractors |
| 职 位 要 求 |
Experience At least 3~5 years experience in technical management in manufacturing enterprises
Background of Sales or customer service preferential
Education University Degree in mechanics , engineering, or manufacturing
Skills/Abilities (or any Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
special requirement) Fluent English in reading/writing/listening/speaking
Good organization and coordination capability
Good ability to manage multi-faceted projects, excellent analytical skills
Be very familiar with CNC machines operation, tooling usage, jig & fixture design
Be familiar with quality control, supplier management |
