To manage the VTH Beijing PE team, decide for priorities, solving technical problems, running relocation projects, improving production yield, reducing miss/promises rate, leading cost saving projects, improve the PTS, establish SPC in process, qualifying new raw materials and new parts, made small changes after contract review decisions, masteries documentation (BOM, drawings, OS, PS, PSC, RohS, etc) control, to be involve with all VTHB projects, improving personal engineers knowledge level, maintain daily communication with Tianjin PE Mgr and his superiors (Oper. Mgr, PE Mgr). |
| 职 位 要 求 |
1. At least 7-10 years in an industrial process engineering managing.
2. Technical (mechanical, electrical, chemical) Engineering Institute or university
3. Excellent English language, available for overtime, travels. |
