职位描述1. SUMMARY OF POSITION: Briefly state the overall purpose of the position in one or two sentences, highlighting the general function(s).
As part of our foundry engineering team, you will contribute to the development of processes needed to manufacture our advanced Power MOSFET technologies. You will support process integration activities in foundries to develop, qualify and transfer Power MOSFET technologies and products.

Provide engineering support for process and technology development and production release in foundries.

Provide engineering support for new product launching and transfer of products to new foundries.

Conduct experiments, test results analysis, failure analysis and provide feedback to foundry team.

Interact with foundry counterparts to facilitate communications in engineering material review, foundry module support and wafer disposition.

Maintain reporting system of foundry project progress and documentation of technical data.

Support yield enhancement and capacity increase activities involving new process or equipment qualification

3. OTHER Requirements:
DESCRIPTION
Need to spend a few weeks initially in San Jose, CA to be trained and to establish contacts at these locations. Need to travel to San Jose, CA on a regular basis for communication, reporting, interfacing, etc. Need to be available for online meetings with US West Coast, Asia and Europe.

4. EXPERIENCE: number of years required and specific type of experience.
· 10 years related experience in semiconductor process engineering.
· Experience in process integration or process development for discrete MOSFET is preferred.
· Experience in working with R&D and foundry operations.
· Experience in managing SPC, control plan and FMEA.
· Experience in collaboration with international teams and communication (spoken and written) in English.
5. EDUCATION: type of degree required, if any, plus specialized technical knowledge or course requirements.
· Minimum B.S. in Engineering or Applied Science
· Fundamental knowledge in semiconductor device and wafer processing.
· Fundamental knowledge in statical data analysis and control methods.
· Excellent ability to speak and write in English.
