1. Setup and maintain testing procedure and all working instruction of inspection;
2. Set up quality data analyzing system for in-process inspection
3. Train engineers and technicians，improve their working capability
4. Setup and maintain In Process Quality Control procedure and all working instruction of inspection;
Measurements:
1. On time In-process Quality Control
2. Efficient MRB procedure
Key relation:
- Internal:
1. With production, engineering and store, etc.
- External:
1. With suppliers and customers
2. With test houses, testing authorities, consultants, instrumentation companies, academic institutions, etc. |

| 职 位 要 求 | Qualification:
1. Good capability on data analysis
2. Self-encouragement, good communication ability
3. Education with bachelor degree in electrical /mechanical.
4. Experience in motor or generator testing is preferred.
Experiences:
At least 5-7 years related working experience and 3 years in management position. |
