Essential Job Functions:
1.Manage and own a section and/or area of a
process. Lead his/her subordinates to meet Plant set objectives.
2.Set
targets for continuous improvements on key indices such as Yield, Cost, Quality
and Productivity and drives his organization to meet set targets.
3.Interacts
with Divisions and support new Product and Process developments as well as
Subcon activities.
Experience:
Above 5 years experience in
semiconductor industry
In Semiconductor Processes, Euquipment and Materials
specalizing on Wafter sawing, die bond and wire and clip bond.
Familiar with
Automotive Quality Standards.
Knowledge in Diodes products will be an added
advantage.
Minimum 3 to 5 years in similar capacity preferred. |
