Responsibility
Ensure the expatriation processes are smooth and effective, coordinate the mobility procedure. Provide the mobility expertise and support.
Visa processed ensure that expats move smoothly through their VISA processes employees move smoothly from one assignment to another from a visa perspective. Extended Business Trips VISA’s are handled fast and effective.
Responsible for the expat policies are current, effective, in compliance with Gamesa
Support the company as needed when new expat issues emerge
Closely contact with the oversea staff, effectively transact invitation letter, work permit and resident permit for them; update their work permit, residence permit in time for the foreign staff; get along with well with the related TJ Ministry.
Assist our foreign staff family to live in TJ, like search the school, hire the house keeper. |
| 职 位 要 求 |
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Proven experience with international HRM and Mobility
3. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skill
4. Good project management ability
5. Good linguistic proficiency of English and software skills
