Main Responsibility
-Monthly perform closing timetable, ensuring that the general ledger is well maintained and closed out in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner; Recommend and develop processes to enhance the efficiency of the close process.Responsible for general ledger and month end closing
-Generation of accurate and timely accounting reports reflecting the fair and true state of the business under both US and PRC GAAP
-Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliation and follow up on the outstanding items
-Prepare various internal/external reports required by Corporate or government, -Coordinate and support internal or external audit. -Responsible for implementing corrective action as a result of audits findings.
-Provide support to annual statutory audit or internal audit related to GL
-Execute control on process and procedure to comply for OSK-JLG Group's financial policy.
Job details:
- GL Journal preparation and entry, include FX revaluation, Recurring Journals set up, FA depreciation, expense accrual , payroll, and other GL month closing process
- Internal cross charge billing process and reconciliation.
- Financial reports submission and analysis
- B/S accounts reconciliation and follow up, including bank reconciliation.
- Close and Open accounting period
- Function SOX; internal and external audit preparation and coordination.
- Other GL related assignment |
| 职 位 要 求 |
Requirements:
-Bachelor's Degree or above in accounting, auditing or finance.
-6 years above working experience in MNC at similar position,
- Effective communication skill;
- Good English in verbal and written
- JDE experiences is prefer
- Self Motivated and work independently. |
