职 位 名 称 Shift Supervisor
公 司 信 息 An American wholly owned company; it is a world leader in engineering and manufacturing. The product is electronic components. Locating in Dongli Development Zone.
职 位 描 述 · Ensure that the priorities given by the cell leader are adhered to and any deviations reported, giving the reason why, by the end of shift.
· Ensure that personnel on the shift are at their workstations when required. (not wandering into other areas) and that activity levels are satisfactory and are maintained.
· Carry out annual appraisal on permanent staff and regular assessments on temporary staff.
· Ensure the process controls are being adhered to, and preventative maintenance carried out.
· Work closely with process engineering to police process improvement in a timely manner.
· Ensure that the security of the factory is maintained during the night shift and that the company’s property is not abused or taken from the premises on the shift.
· Ensure that personnel are working in a safe manner on the shift and that personnel are told to stop tasks that shift leader feels is/are not in a healthy or safe manner.
· Check on personnel in other areas of the factory during the night shift, on an hourly basis, to ensure their safebeing.
· Ensure non-one leaves the building during the night shift.
· Maintain general discipline and ensure company rules and procedures are adhered to, e.g. break times.
· Ensure all manufacturing systems are maintained and up to date.
· Make sure sufficient material available and designate manpower accordingly.
· Carry out daily stand up meetings at the start of each shift and document issues arising from the meetings.
· Escalate areas of concern to the appropriate Dept. Head with regard to discipline, activity levels, attitude, procedures or any personal problems the shift leader may feel relevant to the employee’s performance, without breaking employee confidence.
· Highlight manpower shortfalls, e.g. sickness absence, to cell leader.
· Make a decision as to whether a call out is necessary when a machine or process fails or re-allocate manpower.
· Comply with ESH rules.
职 位 要 求 · Bachelor degree, 3 years related experience.
· Very strong management & supervision skills.
· Fluent in oral and written English.
· Can work on shift.
