| 职 位 描 述 | PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Participate business meetings, work with other IT resources and translate business needs to IT solutions.
· Lead and participate in the processes to deploy, and support IT technologies in support of the business need.
· Develop, in cooperation with Beijing, worldwide telecommunication networks that solve business voice and data needs.
· Assist the China IS Manager and other John Deere China unit’s systems staff in aligning their strategic business and technology plans.
· Assist China IS Manager develop, manage and track budget plan for JDTW.
· Provide leadership and work direction to JDTW IT team. Supervise daily Operational processes and procedures.
· Mentor new IS employees. Assist in resolution of difficult technical issues.
· Maintains and manages IS Supplier contact, and communication.
· Manage IT projects to ensure the quality of the project. |

Technical
· Must have in depth knowledge of IT technologies and toolsets.
· Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure.
· Willingness to learn new technologies.
· Familiar with Microsoft Office software and Operating Systems.
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Project.
· General knowledge of computer language and database:
o JavaScript, Java, C, C++, Object-Oriented Programming
o SAP, ABAP
o HTML, SGML
o Visual Basic
o SQL, DB2, Oracle
o UNIX administration, NT administration Business |
