1 Develops the department's data handling systems to produce publications that are required and
provides user support for the systems.
2 Monitors and understands trends within a given industry and forms judgments about possible
opportunities created by those trends.
3 Provides product development input to the strategic planning process and contributes to the
management and development of the global business.
4 Manages internal and external resources and participates in new product development projects and
efforts to deliver new products to the market.
5 Provides overall department leadership to a group of professional staff. This includes managing the progress toward organizational, departmental, and project goals.
6 Provides technical support and other necessary input to the product discontinuation process.
7 Makes presentations to supporting staff and customers on new product ranges, catalogs and related subjects. |
| 职 位 要 求 |
1 Knowledge of parts distribution systems and parts terminology.
2 Understanding of economic issues and industry trends that can impact the company.
3 Knowledge of agriculture industry.
4 Understanding of programming languages relative to the data base management systems (DBMS).
5 Degree in an Agricultural Sciences/ Engineering/ Business/Management discipline or equivalent experience.
6 Technical experience relating to design/diagnostics of mechanical/electrical/hydraulic systems. - 4 - 7 years |
