| 职 位 描 述 |
·Creation and Maintenance of Process Documentation in support of Machining projects in the factory from early planning stages on into full production to insure that all Manufacturability issues are addressed.
·Specifies and Designs required Manufacturing and Quality assurance tools required to support the Machining Operations, interacting with other departments.
·Directs the Setup, and Prove Out of new Machining processes.
·Provides leadership in developing Quality and Process Control plans, working with the Product, Production and Quality Engineers in a collaborative Team environment.
·Provides leadership in directing Team activities in support of Deere Production System, with emphasis on Quality, Lean Manufacturing, Mistake Proofing, and Continuous Improvement activities.
·Works with Product, Production and Quality Engineers resolving Quality issues. Active participant in the NCAA and other corrective action processes.
·Active Team participant in developing Continuous Improvement Programs.
·Maintains and provides data in support of Budget development and control.
·Maintains and provides data in support of Product costing processes.
·Supports Maintenance activities in maintaining Machine availability.
·Provide advice and support for Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM).
·Trains others in the Operation, and support of CNC Machine Tools. |
| 职 位 要 求 |
1 Background in Engineering Disciplines
2 Knowledge of drawing and schematic interpretation, product models, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing
3 Knowledge of standard Quality tools such as PFMEA,SPC,Root Cause Analysis, and basic Statistics.
4 Knowledge of Manufacturing processes, Quality, Tooling, Tool Design, Total Preventative Maintenance and Facilities.
5 Knowledge of Engineering systems, Tools and Databases.
6 Knowledge of Pro E and CAD Tools.
7 Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools including Project.
8 Knowledge of Capital Budget Tools, Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Present Value (NPV)
9 Bi-Lingual – Chinese & English |
